Scariest Movies of All Time: The Final Destination
The Final Destination has a very simple idea - you can't cheat death. Well, at least not for very long. The question isn't if you will die, but rather how long you can hold out. And it will make you think twice about normal everyday objects, because in this movie simple tools can give a very painful and grisly death.

Scariest Movies of All Time: Let Me In
Let Me In is not your ordinary vampire film - though it is still quite scary. It has plenty of tension and morbid dread. It is visually beautiful and haunting with a thought-provoking storyline that questions the difference between love and need. It explores moral gray areas. It is also a touching love story between a young boy and a girl who just happens to be a vampire. The two main characters, played amazingly by Chloe Grace Moretz and Kodi-Smit McPhee, are sensational in their roles. Richard Jenkins also contributed his fine acting as the vampire's seems-to-be father.

Scariest Movies of All Time: Wake Wood
Wake Wood is a dark story about parental love, and some people find this movie very unsettling because of the plot. The film's pace is just right to let you explore the emotions of the characters in the story, which is straightforward but entertaining.

Scariest Movies of All Time: Paranormal Activity
Some people find Paranormal Activity to be very scary. Others complain about the use of the first person video camera effect as a story telling device, which has been done before in Cloverfield and The Blair Witch project. Not everyone will find this film to be scary, but it deserves a mention here because of its hardcore fans.

Scariest Movies of All Time: The Shining
This is one scary psychological film that I highly recommend for horror fans. Made by the legendary Stanley Kubrick, The Shining is a screamer that keeps you engrossed to the very end. Who could ever forget the scene where Jack Nicholson smashes the door open with an axe? 'Honeeeey, I'm hoooome!'

Scariest Movies of All Time: Sleepy Hollow
Tim Burton has once again made a very artistic and unnerving film. I highly enjoyed watching Sleepy Hollow because of the creepy and deep storyline.
