A Hamilton Beach toaster oven is an excellent choice if you have a limited budget. You get a great deal of quality in a cheap toaster oven. These toaster ovens aren't as pretty as some of the other brands, but they work well and don't cost as much.
The first 2 ovens shown here are large toaster ovens (they can hold a 12" pizza). The last 2 are small toaster ovens, and the very last one is a combination toaster and oven.

This Hamilton Beach convection toaster oven has broil, bake and rotisserie functions. It's big! Its 1.1 cubic feet of interior space can hold two 12" pizzas, or a 5 pound chicken.
It comes with 2 oven racks, 2 baking pans, broil rack, and a rotisserie skewer and lifter.
Exterior dimensions are approximately 12-1/2 by 17-1/2 by 13-2/3 inches.
This toaster oven provides a lot of value for little money. If you have the space for it, it's definitely worth your consideration.

This is a 1500 watt, 6 slice toaster oven broiler. It is not a convection oven.

This is a 6 slice convection toaster oven, but does not have a broiler. One reviewer said the convection fan was loud and the parts are flimsy.
