This is another nice Seiko dive watch and it is water resistant to 200 meters (600 feet). The band is black rubber. The dial is a dark blue, and the bezel has both blue and red colors on it (red for the danger zone - when you are running out of oxygen and need to head back to the surface). The bezel only rotates in one direction as expected.
